Chief state sanitary doctor of the Pavlodar region Batyrbek Aliyev made changes and additions to his decree No. 8 on the introduction of restrictive quarantine measures in the territory of the Pavlodar region. In particular, he decided to «resume the operation of sanatorium-resort facilities, recreation centers, tourist bases, etc., with a capacity of no more than 50% of capacity, in compliance with the enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime, social distancing, mask mode, in compliance with the algorithm in accordance with annex 17 to the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor No. 43».
In addition, the new document prescribes to allow the operation of beaches at tourist sites: hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, holiday homes, camp sites – if there is a positive act of readiness to survey the mobile group created by the mayor's office, signed by the Deputy Mayor of a particular territory. At the same time, the beaches must be complied with the enhanced sanatorium-disinfection regime and the area per visitor must be at least four square meters with a time limit from 10.00 to 20.00 by appointment.
«Monitoring will be carried out within two weeks. In case of non-compliance with sanitary and quarantine measures, permits will be revoked», the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor of Pavlodar region reads.
His ruling will take effect at midnight on August 14.
