"Reduce air traffic to the following destinations: Pavlodar-Almaty from ten to five flights; Pavlodar-Nur-Sultan from three to one flight; Pavlodar – Shymkent from two to one flight per week," the website of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reported on the instructions given by the Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission on non-proliferation of COVID-19, Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov to the regional akimat.

E. Tugzhanov instructed to take a number of restrictive measures from November 9 to stabilize the epidemiological situation in the region. The instructions also include setting up roadblocks along the perimeter of the city of Pavlodar; setting up sanitary roadblocks in localities where the daily increase will be more than ten cases.
