This is a so-called investment site of 60 hectares, where it is planned to build modern and comfortable hotels. All land plots will be leased to investors, with subsequent transfer to private ownership.
New water supply networks are being installed to provide the coast with high-quality drinking water. A high-voltage line is being built to solve the electricity shortage.
Today, logistics is fully provided, and air and railway routes are subsidized. Started the reconstruction of the airport of the village of Urdzhar. Soon, the air Harbor will be able to receive aircraft such as Fokker 50, Bombardier CRJ-200, Embraer EMB 120ER, increasing passenger traffic to 30 thousand tourists.
On average, the tourist zone is already visited by 600 thousand tourists a year, and there are plans to increase this number to one million.
